Exchange Policy At UrbanClo Official, we offer exchanges only. We do not process refunds. If your order isn't the right fit, you're welcome to exchange it for a different size or product within 2 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact. Please note that we do not issue refunds or cash returns under any circumstances. Delivery charges on exchanges are borne by the customer. This covers both sending the original item back to us and shipping the replacement out to you.
